The duration for each burpee is evenly distributed over 20 minutes. For instance, to achieve Level 2, you’ll need to complete 200 6-count burpees within 20 minutes, which translates to approximately 6 seconds per burpee.

If you don't want pre-defined pace, select the “No target” option. It will only show a simple 20 minutes countdown timer.
